Summer is Coming
The Culture Edit, May 6th-May 19th
We’re only a few days into May, but the Miami cultural season is already winding down and getting ready for summer break. Miami City Ballet, Seraphic Fire, and Florida Grand Opera are some of the big names that have already concluded their 2023-24 seasons. This weekend, New World Symphony joins them, with a season finale featuring Stravinsky’s challenging Rite of Spring and the last free WALLCAST of the year in adjacent SoundScape Park.
But not to worry, we still have some great local theater to look forward to, plus book talks, art openings, and a chamber music festival - plenty to keep us entertained well into June. After that, you’re out of town half the time anyway.
Let's get planning...
